Accommodation
BeachHouse memories, beach house 107, is fully equipped! For example, there is a sleeping place for four people, you can cook, there is a bathroom with shower and toilet and you can stay both inside and outside. You do have to love climbing, because you sleep upstairs. Your four-legged friend is also welcome!
Conditions
BeachHouse Memories is available from May to September. The rest of the year the beach house is parked on the land side. In this way we protect the cottage from the fierce autumn and winter weather on the coast. The beach house can be rented per midweek or per week. The price per midweek is from € 675,- and the price per week from € 1180,-.
Your reservation is final after receiving the downpayment to our bankaccount. The remainder is due six weeks before your arrival. We like to take very good care of the beach house, therefor we expect you to do the same and we will also take a deposit, in case anything happens to it. Of course we will refund the deposit after inspection of the property and all is the same as state as when you came. If you want to change your reservation, we will ask you to this at least 8 weeks in advance, and this depends on availability.

Facilities
Beds
Beach house 107 has two double beds on the mezzanine floors of the house and is therefor suitable for 2-4 persons.
WiFi
WiFi is available only in the adjacent beach pavilion, but cell phone coverage from 4G-network providers is good.
Keys
One of us will personally greet you and hand you the key. Check-in is available from 13:30h and check-out is until 12:00h.
Animals
Dogs are allowed!
Parking
We have a private parking area available that is walking distance from the walkway from the dunes onto the beach entrance next to our beach house.
Bathroom
Our bathroom had a shower a sink and a toilet.
Food and beverage
You can self-cater by using our two-burner stove, or warm a meal in the oven or microwave. There is a large fridge to stock your groceries. For eating out you can walk to the beach pavilion, which is a stone’s throw away.
Coffee and tea
There is a Senseo coffee maker and an electric kettle. Also the beach pavilion offers coffee, tea and other beverages during the day.
Cleaning
Final cleaning is included in the rental fee. For cleaning during your stay a cleaningpack is made available, also towels and dishcloths are part of this. All cleaning products are eco-friendly, since we like to contribute to a sustainable future.

Het huisje is prachtig, in lengte 2x de camper die ik vroeger had, qua inrichting heel veel efficiënter. Aan de ene kant een lekker keukenblok van alle gemakken voorzien, magnetron, oventje, grote koelkast. Aan de andere kant zeeën van bergruimte door een hele ingenieuze trapconstructie naar de beide slaap zoldertjes. (super veilig en mooi afgeschermd, daar valt geen kind zomaar vanaf.) Achterin een prima badkamer, met wastafel, douche, toilet en ook alweer slimme kastruimtes. Het hele huisje supergezellig ingericht en aangekleed met vrolijke, smaakvolle, Beach house accessoires. Dit is een huis om te WONEN! Dat hebben we ook vier dagen met veel plezier gedaan!
Slapen met ramen en deuren open. Wakker worden met t geluid van de branding. Schepen bijna langs je bed zien varen. De eerste bewegingen op t strand, de eerste joggers, de eerste hondenuitlaters. Ontbijtje op ons terrasje, dagjesmensen zien arriveren, zelf wat actiever worden. Lekkere wandeling langs de vloedlijn of boven over t duinpad. Koffiedrinken mèt, in een strandpaviljoen op heen of terugweg. Bij ‘t huisje lezen, luieren, kijken, dutje doen, spelletje spelen, wat te eten en te drinken maken. Leven als god in Frankrijk en dat allemaal op een Zeeuws strand!
The surroundings
Enough of the sea and the beach (is that even possible?), then you will find the two towns of Vlissingen en Middelburg in cycling distance. Vlissingen offers you a miles-long boulevard, with a busy shipping lane next to it, that offers close encounters with large ships that pass by. Also there are some worthwhile hidden gems in the city center of Vlissingen. In the medieval town of Middelburg there are many good shopping options and outdoor terraces for wining and dining. There is a vivid nightlife, next to many historic buildings and monumental sites. A wonderful combination. If you decide to visit these towns we recommend you take a bike and cross through the beautiful country roads and enjoy the peaceful and charming countryside that lies between the beach and the towns.
Activities
If you venture out a little bit further by bike you can also visit the picturesque village of Veere. For your groceries you don’t have to go out that far, in ‘Vebenabos’ on the other side of the dunes, you will find a supermarket. For the big supermarkets you can go to the village of Koudekerke or to Pauwenburg (a neighborhood of Vlissingen), both in cycling distance or 10 minutes by car. Many people just enjoy the beach and the dunes by strolling, hiking or running and take in the views of the sea and the land behind it, while they do. But also yoga at sunset, kiting and standup paddling are activities that are popular.

About us
These are our grandchildren. They have made so many incredible memories on this beach and being around the beach house. Just like our two daughters and ourselves, Ivo and Wilma Manz-Huvers. This wonderful place by the beach on the coast of the Dutch province of Zeeland has been our joy for 68 years already!
